THIS ITEM IS CRAP

This product is absolute junk. It's so terrible, it makes me want to scream. I've tested it a million instances, and it still fails miserably. The quality is shoddy, and the layout are terrible. Honestly, I don't know how they could sell thisthing without being embarrassed. I'm so frustrated that I hoped I'd purchased something functional instead.
